We are psychologists who work as senior consultants with extensive experience in consulting, training, coaching and research. We have been engaged in the field since the 1990’s, and have been influential in the development, design and promotion of intercultural training. Triangle is at home in large and medium-sized corporations, and has widespread experience in the industrial, commercial and financial sectors. In addition to classical training and coaching, our senior network offers quality-consulting services concerning the internationalization of organizations.

A psychologist raised and educated in the US and Canada, she was in charge of intercultural training at a multinational German company for many years, trouble-shooting in intercultural projects (e.g., analyzing cross-cultural team performance, consulting on international customer satisfaction and knowledge-transfer across boarders).
